上海闵行区犬猫胃肠道寄生虫虫卵检测情况

Detection of Gastrointestinal Parasite Eggs in Dogs and Cats from Minhang District of Shanghai

为了解上海闵行区犬猫寄生虫感染情况,采用水洗沉淀法和饱和食盐水漂浮法,对闵行不同区域随机采集的280份宠物与流浪犬猫粪样进行虫卵检查。结果显示,有94份样品检测呈阳性,共检出8种寄生虫虫卵,以华枝睾吸虫卵和弓首蛔虫卵为主。宠物犬猫寄生虫检出率为13.55%,流浪犬猫寄生虫检出率为58.40%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=62.42,P<0.05)。孟氏迭宫绦虫、带绦虫、华枝睾吸虫、弓首蛔虫这4种人兽共患寄生虫被检出。表明流浪犬猫感染寄生虫的种类较多,感染率高,且携带多种人兽共患寄生虫。本试验为进一步掌握上海闵行地区犬猫寄生虫的感染现状和防控人兽共患寄生虫病提供了基础资料。

In order to investigate parasite infections in pet and stray dogs and cats in different areas of Minhang district of Shanghai,280 fresh fecal samples were randomly collected and examined by water-wash precipitation and saturated brine.The results showed that 94 fresh fecal samples in total were positive,and 8 kinds of parasite eggs were finally found on the basis of oocyst characteristics.The predominant species of the parasites were Clonorchis sinensis and Toxocara.The prevalence of parasites in pet dogs and cats was 13.55%,while in stray dogs and cats was 58.40%,with a significant difference between pet and stray dogs and cats(χ^(2)=62.42,P<0.05).Spirometra mansoni,Taenia taeniaformis,Clonorchis sinensis and Toxocara were detected from all the samples above.These results suggest that a variety of parasites are detected with high infection rates in the recorded fecal samples of stray dogs and cats,carrying variety species of zoonotic parasites.Our finding will provide basic information for infection status of dogs and cats in Minhang district of Shanghai,and help us for the development of control and prevention strategies against zoonotic parasites in Shanghai.
