摘要
修建城市地下道路是解决城市交通拥堵问题方法中极其有效的一种措施,但是由于城市地下道路的规划建设往往滞后于城市的地面建设,导致地下道路匝道出入口的位置选择十分困难,改造建设成本高昂,并且压缩了有限的地面道路资源,给地面交通带来不便。为此,研究了目前城市地下道路匝道出入口设置现状,并对比埃文·马斯克的“电梯式”地下道路匝道出入口,提出一种新型地下道路匝道出入口设置方案——城市地下道路智能控制潮汐匝道。该方案可以根据交通流监控数据智能控制城市地下道路匝道出入口的开闭。通过对该方案的智能控制管理系统、推荐设计参数、升降坡道安全性验证、成本计算以及通行效率进行可行性分析,证明城市地下道路智能控制潮汐匝道出入口具有成本低、位置选择灵活、匝道通行效率高、安全性高等优点。
Urban underground roads construction is an effective measure to solve urban traffic congestion problem.However,the planning and construction of urban underground roads lag behind the urban ground construction;the location selection of the underground road ramp entrances/exits is difficult,the ramp rehabilitation cost is high,and the limited ground road resources are depleted,which brings inconvenience to ground transportation.Therefore,the setting status of underground road ramp entrances/exits and Evan Masque′s elevator-type ramp are analyzed,and a new design plan for ramp setting of urban underground roads,i.e.intelligent contro tidal ramp(elevator-type ramp)entrance/exit is proposed.The ramp entrance/exit can be opened and closed intelligently according to ground traffic flow monitoring data.The feasibility analysis focuses on intelligent control management system,recommended design parameters,safety verification of the lift ramp,cost calculation,and traffic efficiency of the plan.The results show that the intelligent control tidal ramp for urban underground road is characteriazed by low cost,high safety,flexible location-selection,and high efficiency.
