肠造口患者出院准备度指标的构建

Construction of indicators of discharge readiness for patients with enterostomy based on Delphi method

目的:构建肠造口患者出院准备度指标,为实施肠造口患者出院准备服务及评价其出院准备程度提供依据。方法:通过全面文献检索,结合对肠造口患者的半结构访谈资料分析结果,以及采用德尔菲法选取全国25名专家进行两轮函询,构建肠造口患者出院准备度的具体指标,通过层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标权重。结果:25名专家均为国际造口治疗师,两轮专家函询问卷的回收率为100%,专家权威系数为0.965,两轮肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.351和0.194(P<0.01)。最终肠造口患者出院准备度指标包括3个一级指标、8个二级指标和19个三级指标。结论:本研究构建的肠造口患者出院准备度指标具有科学性、可靠性,下一步将在临床实践中加以验证,为进一步完善肠造口患者的出院准备工作提供理论和实践依据。

Objective:To construct indicators of discharge readiness for patients with enterostomy,so as to provide reference for the content and evaluation of discharge readiness.Methods:The indicators of discharge readiness were determined by the following methods:comprehensive literature retrieval,semi-structured interviews with patients with enterostomy and two rounds of consultation with 25 experts by using Delphi method.The weight of each indicator was set by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Results:The 25 experts were all Enterostomal Therapists.The return rates of the two rounds of expert consultation forms were 100%.The expert authority coefficient was 0.965.The Kendall coefficient was 0.351 and 0.194,respectively(P<0.01).There were 30 indicators:three for Level 1,eight for Level 2 and 19 for Level 3.Conclusion:The indicators of discharge readiness for patients with enterostomy constructed in this study is scientific and reliable,which will be verified in clinical practice in the next step,so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for the further improvement of discharge readiness of patients with enterostomy.
