计划行为理论在母乳喂养中的应用进展

Research progress of the theory of planned behavior in breastfeeding

改善母乳喂养行为、延长母乳喂养时间已经成为促进母婴健康的全球战略。本文基于计划行为理论的基本概念对母乳喂养的影响因素、评估工具和干预措施进行综述,以期为护理人员根据计划行为理论开展母乳喂养早期评估和干预,提高母乳喂养率和延长母乳喂养时间提供参考。

Improving breastfeeding behavior,and extending the duration of breastfeeding has become a global strategy to promote maternal and child health.Based on the basic concept of the theory of planned behavior,this paper summarizes the influencing factors,evaluation tools,and intervention measures of breastfeeding.Nurses can carry out early evaluation and intervention of breastfeeding according to the theory of planned behavior,so as to improve the rate of breastfeeding and extend the duration of breastfeeding.
