基层医疗机构新增PICC维护网点的要素质量指标体系的构建

Construction of the Quality Index System for the elements of the new PICC maintenance network in primary medical institutions

目的:构建基层医疗机构新增PICC维护网点要素质量指标体系。方法:指标构建运用德尔菲法对基层医疗机构管理、静脉治疗管理、PICC维护等领域的15名专家进行两轮专家咨询。结果:专家积极系数为100%,专家权威程度系数为0.885;两轮专家咨询的协调系数分别为0.219、0.235,且显著性检验差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);最终确立要素质量指标体系包括6个一级指标、18个二级指标。结论:专家的积极性和权威性高,专家评分具有一致性,基层医疗机构新增PICC维护网点要素质量指标体系比较可靠,可以用于基层医疗机构PICC维护技术的准入评价及卫生资源分配。

Objective:To construct the Quality Index System of the elements of new PICC maintenance network in the primary medical institutions.Methods:The Delphi method was used to conduct two-rounds expert consultation with 15 experts in the fields of management of primary medical institutions,intravenous treatment management and PICC.Results:The positive coefficient of experts was 100%,and the authority coefficient of experts was 0.885.The coordination coefficients of two-round expert consultation were 0.219 and 0.235 respectively,and the significance test was P<0.05.The final establishment of the element Quality Index System includes 6 first level indicators and 18 second level indicators.Conclusion:Experts have high level of initiative and authority for consultation.Besides,the scores given by experts are consistent.The Quality Index System for the elements of the new PICC maintenance network in primary medical institutions is relatively reliable,which can be used for the access evaluation of PICC technology and the allocation of health resources in primary medical institutions.
