A review of return to work among patients with myocardial infarction

重返工作岗位是衡量心肌梗死患者是否完全康复并成功融入社会的重要指标。本研究介绍了国内外心肌梗死患者重返工作岗位的现状,从社会人口学、疾病、职业、自评健康、焦虑和抑郁、社会支持6个方面综述重返工作岗位影响因素的研究进展,并介绍了运动康复、心理干预、健康教育、职业康复等干预措施,旨在为医护人员构建心肌梗死患者职业康复方案,促进其社会角色重建提供参考。

Return to work is an important indicator to measure whether patients with myocardial infarction have fully recovered and successfully integrated into society.This article reviewed the current status of return to work among patients with myocardial infarction at home and abroad,and reviewed the factors of return to work from six aspects:sociodemographic factors,clinical factors,occupation related factors,self-reported health,anxiety and depression,and social support.It introduced intervention methods such as exercise rehabilitation,psychological intervention,health education,and occupational rehabilitation.It is expected to provide references for medical staff to construct occupational rehabilitation programs for patients with myocardial infarction and promote the reconstruction of their social roles.
