Design of Sensitive Index System of Nursing Quality in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery

目的构建耳鼻咽喉头颈外科护理质量敏感指标体系。方法采用德尔菲法,通过成立研究小组,选取20名函询专家,进行两轮专家函询确定指标体系,应用层次分析法计算指标权重。结果两轮专家函询积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.901、0.951,变异系数均<0.2,协调系数为0~1。所建指标体系包括一级指标3项、二级指标4项、三级指标18项。结论耳鼻咽喉头颈外科护理质量敏感指标体系合理、科学,但仍需在实证研究中不断修正和完善。

Objective To design sensitive index system of nursing quality in otolaryngology head and neck surgery.Methods The Delphi method was adopted to establish a research group and select 20 experts for letter consultation.Two rounds of expert letter consultation were conducted to determine the index system.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to calculate the weight of the index.Results The positive coefficient of the two rounds of expert letter consultation was 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.901 and 0.951,the coefficients of variation were less than 0.2,and the coordination coefficients were 0~1.The established index system includes 3 first-level indexes,4 second-level indexes and 18 third-level indexes.Conclusion The quality sensitive index system of otolaryngology head and neck surgery was reasonable and scientific,but it still needed to be revised and improved by empirical research.
