河北省血液中心供血医院间血液调剂情况调研分析

Investigation of Blood Dispensing among Blood Supply Hospitals of Hebei Provincial Blood Center

目的了解2018年河北省血液中心血液调剂情况,为进一步理顺血液调剂工作提供参考。方法对调剂的血液制剂种类、数量、调剂原因以及血液调剂医院级别进行统计分析,并对2017年和2018年血液过期报废情况进行对比分析。结果2018年调剂血液制剂以悬浮红细胞为主(88.96%),调剂原因以临近过期避免浪费和急救用血为主。县(市)级医院发生血液制剂过期报废和血液调剂占比均最高。结论开展血液调剂工作可在一定程度上避免血液资源浪费,保障临床急救用血,但实际运行过程中还存在问题。各级卫生行政部门、采供血机构、用血医院应加强监管,细化流程,加强临床用血指导,尽量减少血液调剂发生。

Objective To investigate the situation of blood dispensing of Hebei Provincial Blood Center in 2018,and to provide reference for further rationalizing blood dispensing work.Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on the type,quantity,reasons for the dispensing of blood preparations and the level of the hospital in which the blood was dispensed,and a comparative analysis was made on the expired and scrap situation of blood in 2017 and 2018.Results In 2018,suspended red blood cells(88.96%)was the main component of blood dispensing,and the main reasons for dispensing were to avoid waste near expiration and emergency blood use.The proportion of expired and discarded blood components and blood dispensing in county(municipal)hospitals was the highest.Conclusion The development of blood dispensing can avoid the waste of blood resources to a certain extent and ensure the use of blood for clinical emergency treatment,but there are still many problems in the actual operation process.Health administrative departments at all levels,blood collection and supply institutions and blood use hospitals should strengthen supervision,refine procedures,strengthen clinical guidance for blood use,and minimize the occurrence of blood dispensing within their own responsibilities.
