摘要
根据雅都和柳坪是黑水河流域梯级开发水电站并由现地集控中心统一调度和控制,以及两个电站电能由一个并网点接入省电网和由省调一个调令管理等特点,为提高电站机组运行效率、水能利用效率、安全性和经济性,开发建设一套EDC经济调度控制系统,通过EDC的数学模型、求解算法、模块功能设计和运用,实现了黑水河流域梯级电站经济优化调度的目的,对其他梯级电站有重要参考价值。
According to Yadu and Liuping are cascade-developed hydropower stations in the Heishui River Basin,they are uniformly dispatched and controlled by the on-site centralized control center,and the power of the two power stations is connected to the provincial power grid from a grid point and the province is transferred to a dispatch order management In order to improve the operating efficiency,water energy utilization efficiency,safety and economy of power station units,a set of EDC economic dispatch control system was developed and constructed.Through the mathematical model,solution algorithm,module function design and application of EDC,the Heishui River Basin was realized.The purpose of economic optimal dispatching of cascade power stations has important reference value for other cascade power stations.
