摘要
从电梯的运行原理入手,分析了平衡系数对于电梯安全运行的重要意义,详述了电梯平衡系数检测的3种常见方法,但常见方法操作繁琐,费时费力。本文提出了一种通过无载荷电流电压法测量平衡系数的方法,在电梯空载状态下运行到平衡点时,测试变频器输出给电机的电流值和电压值,计算出电梯平衡系数。
Starting from the principle of elevator operation,this paper analyzes the importance of the balance coefficient to the safe operation of the elevator,and elaborates three common methods for detecting the elevator balance coefficient,but the common methods are cumbersome and time-consuming.This paper proposes a method to measure the balance coefficient by the no-load current-voltage method.When the elevator runs to the equilibrium point under no load,the current value and voltage value output by the inverter to the motor are tested to calculate the elevator balance coefficient.
