摘要
长北天然气处理厂空气压缩机组在运行期间由于压缩机旋转组件锈蚀引起转子发生卡滞、碰磨和咬死等故障,降低了设备的可用性,使得维修成本逐年增加,压缩空气因气液分离器效率降低加重了干燥器的负荷,导致成品气的水露点达不到工厂供风系统的使用标准,影响了其他生产单元的正常运行,基于以上问题通过采取干气干燥和改善湿气气液分离等技改措施,提高了压缩机组运行的可靠性,取得了良好的效果,为处理厂其他生产装置长周期、平稳运行提供了强有力的保障。
During the operation of the Changbei Natural Gas Processing Plant,the air compressor unit due to the rust of the compressor rotating components causes the rotor to jam,rub and seize,which reduces the availability of the equipment and increases the maintenance cost year by year.The compressed air is caused by gas and liquid.The reduced efficiency of the separator increases the load of the dryer,causing the water dew point of the product gas to fall below the standard of the factory air supply system,and affecting the normal operation of other production units.Based on the above problems,dry air drying and moisture improvement are adopted.Technical improvement measures such as liquid separation have improved the reliability of the compressor unit operation and achieved good results,providing a strong guarantee for the long-term and stable operation of other production devices in the treatment plant.
