摘要
设计了一种适合机器人搭载的GIS超声局放检测仪。该仪器主机装载在机器人移动平台上,超声探头由机械臂夹持进行贴合操作。整个检测过程由机器人自动控制,测试数据可通过无线通信远传,能有效提高变电设备运维的智能化水平。
A GIS ultrasonic partial discharge detector for robot is designed in this paper.ThE-main body of the instrument is loaded on the robot mobile platform,and the ultrasonic probe is clamped by the robotic arm for fitting operation.The whole detection process is automatically controlled by the robot and the test data can be transmitted by wireless communication,which can effectively improve the intelligent level of substation equipment operation and maintenance.
