摘要 大型风电基地由多个风电场组成,不同的组合与功率汇集方式对风电波动性的改变具有不同效果。建立风速频率分布的概率模型、风速分布的相关性模型和风-电能量转换模型,重点考虑了不同地理位置风速相关性的差异,基于实际风速数据研究了模型参数的提取方法,通过两座风电场按照不同相关性组合出力开展仿真分析,结论表明,将位置较远的风电场进行功率汇集具有一定的波动缓解作用。因此,大型风电基地的规划建设和功率汇集应考虑将相关性较低的风电场有限进行功率汇集,从而利用其自身特性减小波动性。 Large scale wind power base is composed of several wind farms.Different combinations and power pooling methods have different effects on the fluctuation of wind power.In this paper,the probability model of wind speed frequency distribution,the correlation model of wind speed distribution and the wind power conversion model are established.The difference of wind speed correlation in different geographical locations is mainly considered.Based on the actual wind speed data,the extraction method of model parameters is studied.The simulation analysis is carried out by combining the output of two wind farms according to different correlation.The conclusion shows that the wind farm located far away can alleviate the fluctuation.Therefore,the planning and construction of large-scale wind power bases and power pooling should consider the power pooling of wind farms with low correlation,so as to use their own characteristics to reduce volatility.
