水轮发电机定子线棒制造难点分析及研究

白鹤滩水轮发电机组是全球首个1000 MW巨型全空冷水轮发电机。定子线棒作为发电机的核心部件之一,有着电压等级高、几何尺寸大、主绝缘薄等特点,也是制造的难点。介绍了该定子线棒设计结构特点与制造方法,对其制造中的难点进行分析与研究,特别对导线制造、电接头焊接、外观控制、几何尺寸检测等关键工序提出了具体有效的改进措施。

Baihetan turbine generator unit is the first 1000 MW all air cooled water turbine generator in the world.As one of the core components of the generator,the stator bar has the characteristics of high voltage level,large geometric size,and thin main insulation,which is also the difficulty of manufacturing.The structural characteristics and manufacturing method of the stator bar are introduced.The difficulties in its manufacturing are analyzed and studied.The specific and effective improvement measures for key processes such as wire manufacturing,electric joint welding,appearance control,geometric dimension detection,etc.are puts forward.
