摘要
电网公司每年根据变电设备的运行情况,评估设备存在的风险,确定检修类别,该工作一直依靠人工完成,但由于运行维护人员对规程规范的熟悉程度、确定检修类别的尺度把握不尽相同,结果也存在一定的误差,且人工操作效率低。深入研究了人工确定检修类别的方法、数据结构等,提出了基于支持向量机的状态评价方法,并通过实例表明了该方法的有效性。
According to the operation of substation equipment,the technicians of power grid corporation evaluates the risks existing in the equipment and determines thE-maintenance category.However,because the operation and maintenance personnel are not the same in their familiarity with the regulations and the standards for determining the overhaul category,the results also have certain errors and the manual operation efficiency is low.The method and data structure of manually determining thE-maintenance category are deeply studied.A state evaluation method based on support vector machine is proposed,and the effectiveness of the method is demonstrated through an example.
