摘要
针对集中安装的智能电表,采用敷设485信号线至每一块电表、加装无线通信485中继器两种方案,均可实现自动抄表,其缺点是信号线敷设距离远、信号线易引雷、绝缘层破损带强电、无线信号被屏蔽、其他无线信号的干扰等。某公司基于高速宽带电力载波技术(HPLC)研制了一种载波转换器,构建了一种新的用户数据采集方案,优化了上述两种方案,提高了智能电表的自动抄表率,降低了运维人员的维护难度。
For the centralized installation of smart meters,the two solutions of laying 485 signal lines to each meter and installing wireless communication 485 repeaters can realize automatic meter reading.Its disadvantages are the long laying distance of the signal line,the signal line is easy to induce lightning,the insulation layer is damaged with strong electricity,the wireless signal is shielded,and the interference of other wireless signals.A company developed a carrier converter based on high-speed broadband power carrier technology(HPLC),which built a new user data acquisition program,optimized the shortcomings of the above two programs,increased the automatic meter reading rate of smart meters,and reduced difficulty of maintenance by operation and maintenance personnel.
