摘要
闪蒸计算是化工过程仿真的重要组成部分,闪蒸计算的准确性和效率在一定程度上决定了仿真系统的可靠性和效率。针对传统PT/PH闪蒸算法通用性差和效率低的问题,提出了一些基于数值求根优化的方法。经过现场测试,这些方法在准确性和效率上较传统的闪蒸算法有很大的提升。
Flash calculation is an essential part of chemical process simulation.The accuracy and efficiency of flash calculation renders the reliability and efficiency of the simulation systems.Aiming at the problems of poor versatility and low efficiency of traditional PT/PH flashing algorithms,some optimization methods based on numerical root finding are proposed.After field testing,these methods have greatly improved accuracy and efficiency compared with traditional flashing algorithms.
