昆钢大红山铁中矿再选实验研究

摘要 昆钢大红山铁中矿含铁品位50.68%,有用矿物主要成分为赤铁矿、磁铁矿,脉石矿物主要为绿泥石、石英,且矿物中微细粒级矿物占比相对较大,品位较高,-74μm粒级占总重量的89.05%,铁分布率为92.77%,-38μm占到总量的51.07%,平均铁品位达到54.58%。针对昆钢大红山铁中矿的性质,采用弧面铺展流膜分选机进行回收铁的实验研究,在矿浆浓度25%、转速25 Hz、给矿量250 g/min、洗涤水量3.33 L/min的较佳条件下,得到铁品位为61.12%,回收率为81.26%的良好指标。 The iron grade of Dahongshan iron ore of Kunshan iron and steel is 50.68%.The main components of useful minerals are hematite and magnetite.The gangue minerals are mainly chlorite and quartz.The proportion of fine-grained minerals in the mineral is relatively large,The grade is higher,-74μm particle size accounts for 89.05%of the total weight,the iron distribution rate is 92.77%,-38μm accounts for 51.07%of thetotal,and the average iron grade reaches 54.58%.According to the properties of the Dahongshan iron ore in Kunshan iron and steel,a curved surface spreading film sorter was used to conduct experimental research on iron recovery.Under the best conditions,a good index of iron grade 61.12%and recovery rate 81.26%was obtained.
