边疆是一个有着深厚历史文化底蕴的概念,边疆地区的民族和族群既有联系又有区别。跨境族群是20世纪后期民族学研究的一个新领域,使用“跨境族群”的提法比使用“跨境民族”更符合边疆实际。边疆地区是一个具有确定含义的专用术语,边疆地区最重要的特征是它的主权性,边疆安全、社会稳定是跨境族群生存与发展的根基。跨境族群的国家认同是边疆治理的核心,制约跨境族群国家认同情感的因素是多方面的,必须探索增强跨境族群国家认同情感的基本路径。

The frontier is a concept with profound historical and cultural deposits,the nationality and ethnic group in the frontier area are related to and different from each other.Cross-border ethnic group is a new field of ethnology in the late 20th century.The concept of cross-border ethnic group is more in line with the reality of the frontier than cross-border nationality.The frontier is a special term with a definite meaning;the most important feature of the frontier is its sovereignty;the security and stability of frontier area are the foundation for the survival and development of cross-border ethnic group.The national identity of cross-border ethnic groups is the core of frontier governance;the factors restricting the national identity of cross-border ethnic groups are multidimensional,so it is necessary to explore basic ways to strengthen national identity among cross-border ethnic groups.
