摘要
传统采煤工作面乳化液泵站的选型计算通常是依据支架移架、支护强度的需求,而矸石充填工作面在捣实作业过程中所需供液流量远较支架移架、支护需求多。故为了保证邢东矿新矸石充填工作面捣实作业的供液需求,根据工作面矸石运输能力及捣实强度要求,计算出工作面捣实作业过程中重复捣实循环所需时间及压实千斤顶和摆梁千斤顶的供液压力及泵压强度需求,从而对乳化液泵站进行选型。通过计算选得的设备在邢东矿新矸石充填工作面试用效果良好,达到了预期目标。
The selection calculation of emulsion pumping station for traditional coal mining working face is usually based on the demand of support shifting and strength,while the required liquid flow in the pounding operation of gangue-filled working face is much more than the demand of bracket shifting and support.Therefore,in order to ensure the demand for liquid supply for the compaction operation of the new gangue-filled working face of the mine,the time required for repeated compaction cycles and the demand for liquid supply pressure and pump pressure of compaction jack and swing beam jack during the compaction operation were calculated,so that the emulsion pump station can be selected.Through the calculation of the selected equipment got new gangue filling work with good results,achieve the desired goal.
