摘要 唐家会煤矿61207综放工作面老顶为巨厚细砂岩,为实现该工作面的安全回采,回采前在工作面切眼和两巷首次实施顶板深孔水力压裂技术,对工作面老顶进行水力预裂,人为的将老顶进行破坏,增大顶板裂隙或局部顶板断裂,以减小工作面来压步距和来压强度,防止出现压架事故。工作面通过采取深孔水力压裂措施后,避免了工作面在初采期间发生压架事故,实现了工作面在初次放顶期间的安全回采目的。 The old roof of Tangjiahui Mine 61207 working face with a giant thick fine sandstone,in order to realize the safe recovery of the working face,the deep-hole hydraulic fracturing technology of the roof was implemented for the first time in the working face cuttings and two roadways before recovery,which was used to hydraulically pre-fracture the old roof of the working face,artificially destroying the old roof and increasing the roof fracture or local roof fracture,so as to reduce the pressure step and strength of the working face and prevent the pressure frame accident.By adopting deep hole hydraulic fracturing measures,the workface avoided the fracture accident during the initial mining period and achieved the purpose of safe recovery of the workface during the initial roof release.
