亚美大宁主斜井皮带机变频节能改造研究

摘要 为了解决亚美大宁主斜井皮带机采用调速型液力耦合器带来的运行效率、机械效率低下,维护难度和成本大等一系列难题,重点分析了主斜井皮带运输机升级改造的必要性,提出了基于驱动控制变频节能技术的改造方案,从电气系统、机械结构等方面进行了详细研究,最后根据功率公式进行了节能经济效益计算。结果表明,变频节能改造后,显著提高了皮带机及皮带的使用寿命,设备故障率低,减少皮带机的维护工作量,节能效果明显,提高了整个主运系统的运行效率。 In order to solve a series of problems such as low operating efficiency,mechanical efficiency,maintenance difficulty and cost caused by the adoption of speed-controlled hydraulic coupling in Yamei Daning main inclined shaft belt conveyor,the necessity of upgrading the main inclined shaft belt conveyor was analyzed with emphasis,and a transformation plan based on drive control frequency conversion energy-saving technology was proposed,which was studied in detail in terms of electrical system and mechanical structure,and finally,according to the power formula,the calculation of energy-saving economic benefits was carried out.The results showed that the frequency conversion energy-saving transformation significantly improved the service life of the belt machine and belt,with low equipment failure rate,reduced the maintenance workload of the belt machine,saved energy significantly,and improved the operation efficiency of the whole main transportation system.
