摘要 开滦林西电厂是抽汽供暖兼顾发电的热源厂,针对该厂约有20%的锅炉热量的低温余热,以乏汽冷凝的方式释放这一问题,研制了吸收式热泵组成余热回收系统。设计高精度的数字PID控制系统,采用高亲水铜管作为蒸发器、吸收器、发生器,使用独有的散布管溶液喷淋方式,保证了系统的稳定高效。实践结果表明,该系统具有系统简单、运行费用低、总回收余热多、节能环保等优点,应用效果良好。 Kailuan Linxi Power Plant is a heat source plant that pumps steam for heating and power generation.To address the problem that about 20%of the low-temperature waste heat from the boiler heat in the plant was released in the form of spent vapor condensation,a waste heat recovery system consisting of an absorption heat pump was developed.The design of a high-precision digital PID control system,the use of highly hydrophilic copper tubes as evaporator,absorber and generator,and the use of a unique scattering tube solution spraying method ensured the stability and efficiency of the system.The practical results showed that the system had the advantages of simple system,low operation cost,more total recovered waste heat,energy saving and environmental protection,etc.,with good application.
