胃苏颗粒联合多潘立酮治疗肝胃不和型功能性消化不良及对胃肠激素影响的临床研究

Clinical effect of Weisu granules combined with domperidone on patients with functional dyspepsia with the syndrome of liver-stomach disharmony and effect of gastrointestinal hormone

目的:观察胃苏颗粒联合多潘立酮治疗肝胃不和型功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效和对胃肠激素的影响。方法:98例肝胃不和型FD患者,采用随机数字表法根据用药治疗方案分成2组,每组49例。对照组予多潘立酮进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合胃苏颗粒。治疗6周后比较2组患者治疗前后临床疗效、中医证候积分、胃动素、胃泌素、生长抑素、5-羟色胺和不良反应。结果:观察组有3例患者退出研究,对照组有2例患者退出研究。治疗后,观察组的总有效率为91.30%,对照组为76.60%,观察组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对中医证候积分、胃动素、胃泌素、生长抑素和5-羟色胺的改善作用均优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胃苏颗粒联合多潘立酮治疗肝胃不和型FD疗效显著优于单纯使用多潘立酮,可明显改善中医证候积分、胃动素、胃泌素、生长抑素和5-羟色胺水平并具有良好的安全性。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Weisu Granules combined with domperidone in the treatment of functional dyspepsia patients with the syndrome of liver-stomach disharmony and to explore its effect on gastrointestinal hormones.Methods:Ninety-eight cases of functional dyspepsia patients with the syndrome of liver-stomach disharmony were divided into two groups,49 cases in each group.The controll group was given domperidone,and the observation group was supplemented with Weisu Granules on the basis of the controlled group.After 6 weeks of treatment,the clinical effects,TCM syndromes scores,motilin,gastrin,somatostatin,5-hydroxytryptamine and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:There were 3 cases in observation group and 2 cases in controll group dropping out the trial.After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.30%,which was higher than 76.60%in the control group(P<0.05),The TCM syndromes scores,motilin,gastrin,somatostatin,5-hydroxytryptamine of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Weisu Granules combined with domperidone has significantly better efficacy than domperidone alone in the treatment of functional dyspepsia patients with the syndrome of liver-stomach disharmony,and it can significantly improve TCM syndromes scores,motilin,gastrin,somatostatin and 5-hydroxytryptamine levels with good safety.
