回顾了中国合成橡胶工业“十三五”时期取得的成绩和存在的问题,明确了“十四五”时期中国合成橡胶工业发展的总体趋势为加快构建新发展格局、以高质量发展引领转型升级,并对促进中国合成橡胶工业高质量发展提出了对策建议。

Achievements and challenges of synthetic rubber industry in China during the 13th Five-Year Plan were reviewed.It was concluded that the overall development trend of the industry during the 14th Five-Year Plan lay in accelerating efforts to create a new development pattern and guiding high quality development by transformation and upgrading.Countermeasures and suggestions on advancing the development of the industry with high quality were put forward.
