抗湿滑树脂对全钢子午线轮胎胎面胶性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了抗湿滑树脂A、抗湿滑树脂B、RT 5201及RT 52024种抗湿滑树脂对全钢子午线轮胎胎面胶加工性能、硫化特性、物理机械性能和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,与未添加抗湿滑树脂相比,添加抗湿滑树脂能改善胶料的加工性能,对胶料的硫化特性和物理机械性能影响不大,但其耐磨性能有所下降,0℃时的损耗因子增大,抗湿滑性能得以改善。添加抗湿滑树脂A和抗湿滑树脂B对滚动阻力产生不利影响,而RT 5201和RT 5202能很好地平衡抗湿滑性能和滚动阻力。综合来看,RT 5201和RT 5202的综合性能较好,在保证轮胎胎面胶具有较低的滚动阻力和生热的同时,还可改善胎面胶的抗湿滑性能。 The effects of anti-slippery resin A,B,RT 5201 and RT 5202 on the processing performance,curing characteristics,physical and mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of tread compound of all-steel radial tire were studied.The results showed that compared with the rubber compound without the addition of anti-slippery resin,the addition of anti-slippery resin could improve the processing performance of the rubber compound,and had little effect on the curing characteristics and physical and mechanical properties of the rubber compound,but the abrasion performance decreased.The addition of anti-slippery resin could increase loss factor at 0℃and improve the anti-slippery performance of tread compound.The addition of anti-slippery resin A and B had a negative impact on rolling resistance,while RT 5201 and RT 5202 could well balance the anti-slippery performance and rolling resistance.Overall,RT 5201 and RT 5202 series anti-slippery resin had better comprehensive performance,which could ensure that the tire tread compound had lower rolling resistance and heat generation,while the anti-slippery performance of tread compound was improved.
