摘要
采用复配型乳化剂制备了稀土异戊胶乳,并对稀土异戊胶乳进行了二亚胺还原法加氢改性,从而制备了具有不同加氢度的氢化异戊胶乳。结果表明,当反应温度为30℃、水合肼与碳碳双键的摩尔比为4/1、过氧化氢与水合肼的摩尔比为1.5/1.0时,氢化异戊橡胶的加氢度可达83.54%,且随着加氢度的增加,氢化异戊橡胶最大热分解温度从397.62℃升至411.69℃。
Rare earth polyisoprene rubber(IR)was well known as synthe-tic rubber with good performance which had the most similar structure with natural rubber[1].However,It had the common problems with lower oxidative stability,environmental stability and worse thermal properties than those of monoolefin-based elastomers,such as ethylene-propylene rubber and ethylene-propylene diene rubber,because of the unsaturated double bonds in its cis-1,4-polyisoprene backbone[2].
