摘要 从高温(高于400℃)热裂解与低温(低于350℃)浅度裂解的角度综述了废旧橡胶热裂解炭黑的再生利用现状,分析了橡胶组成对裂解热力学的影响,探讨了橡胶颗粒大小、裂解温度和裂解时间等动力学因素及设备对再生炭黑产率、结构和性能的影响,比较了高温热裂解炭黑与低温浅度裂解炭黑的化学组成、表面特性、结构、粒径分布及其增强性能,并展望了裂解炭黑的应用前景。 The current status of the recycling of waste carbon black from the perspectives of high temperature(more than 400℃)pyrolysis and low temperature(less than 350℃)light pyrolysis was reviewed with 54 references,the effects of rubber composition on pyrolysis thermodynamics were analyzed,and then the effects of equipment and kinetic factors such as rubber particle size,temperature and time on the yield,structure and properties of recycled carbon black were discussed.Finally,the chemical composition,surface characteristics,structure,particle size distribution and reinforcing pro-perties of carbon black under two conditions were compared and the application prospects of carbon black regeneration were prospected.
