阿布扎比创新生态系统案例研究:多维度资源要素的视角

A Case Study of Abu Dhabi's Innovation Ecosystem:A Perspective of Multi-Dimensional Resources

创新生态系统是一个具有共生关系的经济共同体,也是一个基于长期信任关系形成的松散而又相互关联的网络。通过组织间的网络协作,创新生态系统深入整合人力、技术、信息、资本等创新要素,实现各个主体的可持续发展,有助于当地的科创水平提升以及经济的可持续发展。本研究是基于阿布扎比HUB71创新生态系统的案例研究,详细分析总结其中资源要素的种类和作用,为我国类似城市的发展提供参考。本文发现,该创新生态系统在全球布局的关系网络广度大,科技含量高,得到了欧美主要国家的支持。阿布扎比创新生态系统重视市场要素的作用,强调创业企业与成熟企业的价值链构建,积极为创业企业匹配客户与市场,体现了市场要素对于创新生态系统的重要性。

Innovation ecosystem is an economic community with symbiotic relation,and a loose yet interconnected network formed based on long-term trust relationships.Through cooperation among organizations,the innovation ecosystem deeply integrates human,technology,information,capital and other innovation factors to achieve sustainable development of each organization,which contributes to the local scientific and technological innovation and the sustainable development of economy.Based on the case study of HUB71 Innovation Ecosystem in Abu Dhabi,this work analyzes the types and functions of innovation resources,so as to provide reference for the development of similar cities in China.This paper finds that the global layout of HUB71 is wide and with advanced technology content,which is supported from major European and American countries.The innovation ecosystem attaches importance to the role of market resources,emphasizes the construction of value chain between start-ups and mature enterprises,and actively matches customers and markets for start-ups,reflecting the importance of market resources in innovation ecosystem.
