LCP联合DDTL固定治疗胫骨下段简单骨折的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of LCP combined with DDTL fixation in the treatment of simple fractures of the lower segment of the tibia

目的探讨锁定加压钢板(LCP)联合双向螺纹动态锁定螺钉(DDTL)固定治疗胫骨下段简单骨折的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年2月本院收治的92例胫骨下段简单骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=46)和研究组(n=46)。对照组患者采用LCP固定治疗,研究组患者采用LPC联合DDTL固定治疗。比较两组治疗前后Maryland足功能评分、临床指标(骨痂指数、住院时间、骨愈合时间、术中出血量)及并发症发生率。结果治疗前,两组Maryland足功能评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组Maryland足功能评分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组骨痂指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间、骨愈合时间、术中出血量均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为2.17%,明显低于对照组的15.20%(P<0.05)。结论 LCP联合DDTL固定治疗胫骨下段简单骨折患者,能有效提高Maryland足功能评分,改善临床指标情况,且并发症较少。

Objective To study the effect of locking compression plate(LCP)combined with two-way threaded dynamic locking screw(DDTL)in the treatment of simple fractures of the lower tibia.Methods 92 patients with simple fractures of the lower part of the tibia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group(n=46)and the study group(n=46)according to the random number table.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of Maryland foot function scores;after treatment,the Maryland foot function scores in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The callus index of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the hospitalization time,bone healing time,and intraoperative blood loss were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was 2.17%,which was significantly lower than 15.20%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion LCP combined with DDTL fixation for the treatment of simple fractures of the lower tibia,can effectively improve Maryland's foot function score,significantly improve the situation of clinical indicators,and complications were fewer.
