阴道炎患者采取甲硝唑和制霉菌素及阴道灌洗联合治疗的效果

Effects of metronidazole,nystatin and vaginal lavage on vaginitis patients

目的探究阴道炎患者采取甲硝唑、制霉菌素及阴道灌洗联合治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月本院收治的阴道炎患者120例,根据抽签法分为对照组(n=60)与研究组(n=60),对照组接受甲硝唑+制霉菌素治疗,研究组接受甲硝唑+制菌霉素+阴道灌洗治疗。比较两组症状改善情况、疗效及不良反应发生率。结果研究组症状消退时间、症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义。结论阴道炎患者采取甲硝唑、制霉菌素及阴道灌洗联合治疗,可快速缓解病症,减轻炎症,且不增加不良反应,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of metronidazole,nystatin and vaginal lavage in patients with vaginitis.Methods 120 patients with vaginitis admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(n=60)and the study group(n=60)according to the lottery method.The control group received metronidazole+nystatin treatment and the study group received metronidazole+mycosin+vaginal lavage treatment respectively.The symptom improvement,curative effect and adverse reaction rate between the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The symptom regression time and symptom score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups.Conclusion Metronidazole,nystatin and vaginal lavage combined treatment for vaginitis patients can quickly alleviate the disease,reduce inflammation,and do not increase adverse reactions,which is a safe and effective treatment method.
