一次性根充法治疗牙髓炎的应用效果及不良反应观察

Observation on the application effect and adverse reaction rate of one-time root filling method in the treatment of pulpitis

目的观察一次性根充法治疗牙髓炎的应用效果及不良反应。方法选取本院2018年3月至2019年1月收治的牙髓炎患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字分组法分为两组,各40例。对照组患者接受常规根充治疗,观察组患者给予一次性根充法治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、疼痛程度、生活质量、根尖周组织病变大小情况、1年复发率、不良反应发生率、治疗时间及治疗周期。结果观察组患者治疗成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组根尖周组织病变大小明显小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组1年复发率与化学性根尖周炎发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义;观察组治疗时间与治疗周期均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论一次性根充法治疗牙髓炎的临床疗效显著,且具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To observe the effect and side effects of one-time root filling in the treatment of pulpitis.Methods 80 patients with pulpitis admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects and they were divided into two groups according to random number grouping method,with 40 cases in each group.Control group received conventional root filling therapy,and observation group received one-time root filling therapy.Clinical efficacy,pain degree,quality of life,lesion size of periapical tissue,1-year recurrence rate,incidence of adverse reactions,treatment time and treatment cycle between two groups were compared.Results The success rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lesion size of periapical tissue in observation group was significantly smaller than that in control group(P<0.05).The one-year recurrence rate and the incidence of chemical periapical periodontitis in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.The treatment time and treatment cycle in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of pulpitis by one-time root filling is effective,safe and worthy of clinical application.
