奥氮平联合阿立哌唑在精神分裂症治疗中的应用效果及对糖脂代谢的影响

Effect of olanzapine combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia and its effect on glucose and lipid metabolism

目的探究奥氮平与阿立哌唑联合治疗精神分裂症的效果及对糖脂代谢的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2019年7月本院收治的精神分裂症患者88例,根据治疗方式不同分为单一组(予以阿立哌唑治疗)和联合组(予以奥氮平+阿立哌唑治疗),每组44例。比较两组患者阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、糖脂代谢指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)]水平及临床疗效。结果治疗后,联合组PANSS总分、阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般精神病理评分均低于单一组;联合组FPG、TG、TC、LDL水平均低于单一组,HDL水平高于单一组;联合组总有效率(95.45%)明显高于单一组(79.55%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥氮平联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症患者,能有效减轻精神症状,控制血糖和血脂水平,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of olanzapine combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia and its effect on glucose and lipid metabolism.Methods 88 schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were divided into single group(aripiprazole treatment)and combined group(olanzapine+aripiprazole treatment)according to different treatment methods,with 44 cases in each group.Positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)score,glucose and lipid metabolism indexes[fasting blood glucose(FPG),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL)]levels and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total score of PANSS,positive symptom score,negative symptom score and general psychopathological score in the combined group were lower than those in the single group.The levels of FPG,TG,TC and LDL in combined group were lower than those in single group,and the levels of HDL in combined group were higher than those in single group.The total effective rate of combined group(95.45%)was significantly higher than single group(79.55%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of olanzapine and aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenic patients can effectively reduce the mental symptoms,control the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid,and enhance the therapeutic effect.
