西吡氯铵含片治疗慢性龈炎的疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of cetylpyridinium chloride buccal tablets on chronic gingivitis

目的观察西吡氯铵含片治疗慢性龈炎的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月在本院口腔科就诊的120例慢性龈炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为3组,每组40例。洁治组(SRP组)单纯采用龈上洁治术治疗,含漱液组采用西吡氯铵含漱液结合龈上洁治术治疗,含片组采用西吡氯铵含片结合龈上洁治术治疗。比较3组治疗前后龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)和临床疗效。结果治疗后,3组SBI指数均低于治疗前,且含片组明显低于含漱液组和SRP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);含漱液组SBI指数低于SRP组,但差异无统计学意义。治疗后,3组PLI指数均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且含片组低于含漱液组和SRP组(P<0.05),含漱液组低于SRP组(P<0.05)。3组均无无效患者,3组治疗总有效率均为100.0%,差异均无统计学意义。3组治疗中均未发生不良反应。结论西吡氯铵含片能抑制菌斑形成,减轻牙龈出血,缓解牙龈炎症,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of cidonium chloride tablets in the treatment of chronic gingivitis.Methods 120 patients with chronic gingivitis treated in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into three groups,with 40 cases in each group.The SRP group was treated with supragingival scaling,the gargle group was treated with cetylpyridinium chloride gargle combined with supragingival scaling,and the buccal group was treated with cetylpyridinium chloride buccal tablets combined with supragingival scaling.Gingival crevicular bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI)and clinical effect of the three groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,SBI index of three groups were lower than before treatment,and the tablet group was significantly lower than the gargle group and SRP group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).SBI index of the gargle group was lower than that of the SRP group,but the difference was not statistically significant.After treatment,PLI index of three groups were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and tablet group was lower than gargle group and SRP group(P<0.05),rinse group was lower than SRP group(P<0.05).There were no invalid patients in the three groups,and the total effective rate were 100.0%,the difference was not statistically significant.There were no adverse reactions in the three groups.Conclusion Cepironium chloride tablets can inhibit plaque formation,reduce gingival bleeding and alleviate gingival inflammation,which is worthy of clinical application.
