重组人干扰素α-2b联合保妇康栓对慢性宫颈炎患者症状缓解及免疫功能的影响

Effect of recombinant human interferonα-2b combined with Baofukang suppository on symptom relief and immune function in patients with chronic cervicitis

目的探讨重组人干扰素α-2b联合保妇康栓对慢性宫颈炎患者症状缓解及免疫功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年5月至2019年9月本院妇产科门诊收治的80例慢性宫颈炎患者的临床资料,按照不同治疗方式分为两组,各40例。对照组采用重组人干扰素α-2b治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合保妇康栓治疗。比较两组临床疗效、免疫功能变化情况以及临床症状缓解情况。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)以及免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平均上升,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组宫颈创面愈合时间、阴道流血消失时间、腰痛缓解时间以及阴道排液消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α-2b联合保妇康栓治疗慢性宫颈炎效果确切,可改善患者临床症状,提高机体免疫力,促进预后,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human interferonα-2b combined with Baofukang suppository on symptom relief and immune function in patients with chronic cervicitis.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 80 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of our hospital from May 2016 to September 2019 was divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b,and the observation group was treated with Baofukang suppository on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,changes in immune function and relief of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)increased in the two groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cervical wound healing time,vaginal bleeding disappearance time,low back pain relief time,and vaginal discharge disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferonα-2b combined with Baofukang suppository has a definite effect in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve immunity,and promote prognosis.It has high application value.
