摘要
为改善纯羊毛角蛋白膜容易脆断和强度低的缺陷,增强纯羊毛角朊蛋白溶液所形成的膜的物理力学性能,需要在纯羊毛角朊蛋白溶液中加入增塑性较高的高分子材料。采用还原法制备羊毛角朊蛋白溶液,并将其与聚乙烯醇(PVA)溶液以不同的混合比混合,采用铸膜法制备羊毛角蛋白/PVA共混薄膜,研究了在不同共混比例下薄膜的抗弯刚度、断裂强度、断裂伸长率、溶胀率等特性。当羊毛角朊蛋白溶液共混PVA溶液中PVA的体积分数为50%时,共混膜的抗弯刚度为1.043 g·cm、断裂强度为14.114 MPa、断裂伸长率为66.063%、溶胀率为168.2%,综合性能最优,可为其他类角蛋白资源的再生利用提供参考。
In order to improve the brittle fracture and low strength of pure wool keratin film and enhance the physical and mechanical properties of the film formed by pure wool keratin solution,it is necessary to add high plasticity polymer material into pure wool keratin solution.Wool keratin solution was prepared by reduction method,which was mixed with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)solution at different mixing ratios.Wool keratin/PVA blend films were prepared by casting method.The bending stiffness,breaking strength,elongation at break and swelling rate of the films were studied under different blending ratios.When the volume fraction of PVA in wool solution and PVA solution is 50%,the bending stiffness,breaking strength,breaking elongation and swelling rate of the blend film are 1.043 g·cm,14.114 MPa,66.063%and 168.2%,respectively.The comprehensive performance is the best,which can provide reference for the recycling of other keratin-like resources.
