摘要 针对服装开口影响服装电磁屏蔽效能问题,选用3种不同类型的电磁屏蔽面料,并以领口、下摆作为服装开口的主要变量参数,设计并制作不同结构参数的电磁屏蔽服装,在3 m电磁屏蔽暗室,分别测试不同电磁屏蔽服装的胸部和腹部在测试频率点的电磁屏蔽效能,并计算出服装整体的电磁屏蔽效能;分析了领口、下摆对服装整体屏蔽效能的影响。结果表明:不同面料服装的电磁屏蔽效能随着领口、下摆开口面积的增大呈现降低趋势;采用双层复合面料的电磁屏蔽服装的屏蔽效能较好。根据所得数据进行回归分析,从服装整体结构设计角度出发,建立了服装屏蔽效能在移动设备频率段及无线网络频率段这2种频率段的预测模型,并验证了模型的准确性。 To investigate the influence of clothing opening on electromagnetic shielding effectiveness,three different types of electromagnetic shielding fabrics were selected to design and manufacture electromagnetic shielding clothing with different structural parameters.The main variable parameters of the clothing openings were neckline and hem.In 3m electromagnetic shielded darkroom,the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of chest and abdomen of different electromagnetic shielding clothing were tested at the test frequency points.The overall electromagnetic shielding efficiency of clothing was calculated.The effects of neckline and hem on the overall shielding efficiency of clothing were analyzed.The results show that the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of clothing with different fabrics shows a decreasing trend with the increase of the opening area of the neckline and hem;the electromagnetic shielding clothing with double-layer composite fabrics has better shielding effectiveness.Based on the obtained data,regression analysis is carried out.From the perspective of overall clothing structure design,a prediction model of clothing shielding effectiveness in two frequency ranges of mobile devices and wireless networks is established,and the accuracy of the model is verified.
