洗涤对热压熔接针织服装接缝性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 热压熔接服装加工技术作为新型服装成形技术,在内衣和运动休闲服中的运用越来越受到关注。选取锦纶/氨纶75/25经编针织面料和聚氨酯胶条进行热压熔接工艺,利用正交试验方法进行洗涤参数的组合设计,包括洗涤温度、洗涤次数和脱水转速,对洗涤后的面料和胶条组合织物进行接缝强力、弹性回复率、外观和尺寸变化的测试。结果表明:洗涤后接缝强力较洗前有显著的下降;洗涤次数和脱水转速对接缝性能有显著影响,洗涤温度对接缝强力的影响不显著。洗涤后组合织物的弹性回复率均大于95%、洗后尺寸变化率为-0.93%~0.95%,均达到了针织GB/T 22853-2019所要求的运动服质量标准。 As a novel forming technology for garment,hot welding technology had attracted more and more attention in bra and casual sports.In this paper,polyurethane adhesive tape was used to weld the nylon/spandex 75/25 warp knitted fabric.The parameters of washing were designed by orthogonal method,including temperature,times of washing and dehydration rate.Performances such as seam strength,elastic recovery rate and dimensional change in washing were tested for composite fabric.The results show that seam strength decreases remarkably after washing.Times of washing and dehydration rate have significant influence on the seam strength,while washing temperature has no significant influence.After washing,the elastic recovery rates of the composite fabrics are all greater than 95%,the dimensional change rates are ±1%.These all meet the quality standard of knitted sportswear GB/T 22853-2019.
