基于屈诱多形态测试的织物触觉风格原位表征

摘要 针对目前通用的织物触觉风格测试系统主要以多种力学性能的分离式测试方法为主,且对织物高曲率下的弯曲屈曲缺乏研究等问题,提出一种时间、空间上连续(原位)的屈曲诱导织物多形态变化的织物触觉风格的力学组合测试方法。通过提取测试力—位移曲线的特征值和主观评级结果,采用逐步回归分析构建系列预测模型,并基于一组独立实验对预测结果进行检验分析,发现弯曲硬挺度、压缩柔软度和拉伸松紧度等3类触觉风格属性的主观评级与预测值相关性的判定系数均高于0.88,表明构建的表征方法和预测模型可有效评价织物的触觉风格。 An in-situ testing method to evaluating the touch properties of fabrics was proposed based on a buckling-induced deformation of fabrics by overcoming the main shortcomings of the general discrete methods used to measure the fabric handle based on different physical properties from different testing devices,and solving the issues of being short of studies on bending under high curvatures.The stepwise regression method was used to develop a series of prediction models using the curve parameters extracted from force-displacement curves and subjective assessments.Moreover,a set of fabric samples was selected to validate the developed models by correlation analysis.Results show that prediction values have good relation with grading values of subjective assessments as indicated by the coefficients of determination higher than 0.88.Therefore,the proposed testing method and the prediction models can be used to evaluate the touch properties of fabrics effectively.
