丙戊酸钠联合富马酸喹硫平对双相障碍躁狂症患者的应用效果及安全性分析

Application efficacy and safety analysis of sodium valproate combined with quetiapinefumarate on patients with bipolar disorder mania

目的探讨双相障碍躁狂症患者采用富马酸喹硫平治疗的基础上联合丙戊酸钠治疗的效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析2018年4月至2019年12月我院收治的双相障碍躁狂症患者89例的临床资料,按照治疗方式的不同进行分组,对照组44例患者以富马酸喹硫平治疗为主,观察组45例患者在对照组的基础上联合丙戊酸钠治疗,统计分析用药后有效率、治疗前后BRMS、HAMD、BPRS、PANSS评分及不良反应发生情况。结果两组BRMS、HAMD、BPRS、PANSS评分比较,观察组较对照组低;用药后总有效率比较,观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用富马酸喹硫平治疗双相障碍躁狂症的基础上联合丙戊酸钠治疗可提升疗效,改善患者的躁狂现象,减轻抑郁程度,缓解精神障碍,具有较高的安全性,可促进患者尽快康复。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of sodium valproate combined with quetiapinefumarate on patients with bipolar disorder mania.Methods The clinical data of 89 patients with bipolar disorder mania admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into the control group(n=44)and the observation group(n=45)according to different treatment methods.The control group was mainly treated with quetiapinefumarate,while the observation group was treated with sodium valproate on the basis of the control group.The efficacy rate after medication,BRMS score,HAMD score,BPRS score,PANSS score and adverse reactions(ADRs)before and after treatment were analyzed statistically.Results The BRMS score,HAMD score,BPRS score and PANSS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the total efficacy rate after medication in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compaing the incidence of ADRs between the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sodium valproate combined with quetiapinefumarate on patients with bipolar disorder mania can improve the therapeutic efficacy,improve the manic symptom of patients,relieve the degree of depression,alleviate mental disorders,with high safety,which can promote patients to recover as soon as possible.
