摘要
目的通过对血同型半胱氨酸及血脂水平的联合测定,研究其对于妊娠期高血压疾病的诊疗价值,从而能够做到对妊娠期高血压疾病的及早干预,改善母婴不良结局。方法选取2018年12月至2020年6月于我院就诊并分娩的患有妊娠期高血压疾病的孕妇70例为病例组,同时随机选取同期于我院就诊并分娩且无其他合并症的正常孕妇70例为对照组。采用贝克曼库尔AU680全自动生化分析仪进行血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及血脂水平(脂蛋白a、总胆固醇、总蛋白及清蛋白)分析,所有操作步骤严格按照仪器使用要求进行。结果病例组体重指数大于对照组而分娩时孕龄小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组总胆固醇测定值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组脂蛋白a、Hcy、总蛋白及清蛋白的数值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病患者中Hcy+脂蛋白a明显升高,从而对于疾病的防治具有重要的临床指导意义。
Objective To research the diagnostic and therapeutic values of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy through the combined determination of serum homocysteine combined with blood lipid level,so as to achieve early intervention of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and improve the adverse outcomes of mother and infant.Methods Puerperae with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the case group(n=70),while normal puerperae admitted to our hospital who gave birth without other complications during the same period were randomly selected as the control group(n=70).Hcy and blood lipid levels(lipoprotein A,total cholesterol,total protein and albumin)were analyzed by Beckman Kul AU680 automatic biochemical analyzer,and all operation steps were strictly in accordance with the requirement of the instrument.Results The body mass index of the case group was higher than that of the control group,while the gestational age at delivery was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in total cholesterol between the two groups(P>0.05).Meanwhile,there were statistically significant differences in lipoprotein A,Hcy,total protein and albumin between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum homocysteine and lipoprotein A obviously increased in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,which has important clinical guiding significance for the prevention and treatment of the di sease.
