规范化术后疼痛护理改善泌尿科急诊术后疼痛的效果

Evaluation of the efficacy of standardized postoperative pain nursing in the amelioration of postoperative pain in the department of urology emergency

目的探讨泌尿科急诊术后采用规范化术后疼痛护理对患者疼痛效果产生的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月于我院收治的泌尿科急诊手术患者的病例资料100例进行回顾研究,并根据护理方法不同将其均等分两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用规范化术后疼痛护理,对比两组术后1 d、6 d的疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、总体满意率以及不良反应发生率情况。结果两组术后1 d的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术后6 d的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总体满意率为98%,高于对照组的总体满意率(82.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的不良反应发生率(22.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对泌尿科急诊手术患者采用规范化术后疼痛护理,能够有效改善患者术后疼痛,并使术后出现的各种不良反应减少,使患者的满意度得到提升,应予以推广。

Objective To investigate the impact of standardized postoperative pain nursing in the amelioration of the patients'pain after emergency surgery in the department of urology.Methods The case data of 100 patients admitted to our hospital who underwent emergency surgery in the department of urology from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected for retrospective research.They were equally divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to different nursing methods.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,while the observation group was treated with standardized postoperative pain nursing.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,overall satisfaction rate and incidence of adverse reactions(ADRs)of the two groups were compared on the 1st d and 6th d after operation.Results There was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups on the 1st d after operation(P>0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group on the 6th d after operation were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 82.00%of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of ADRs in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 22.00%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized postoperative pain nursing for the patients undergoing emergency surgery in the department of urology can effectively ameliorate the patients'postoperative pain,reduce various ADRs and improve the patients'satisfaction.It should be promoted.
