桑菊饮加减治疗慢性免疫性血小板减少症1例

Analysis on a case of chronic immune thrombocytopenia treated with modified Sangju Decoction

慢性免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)根据所表现的症状,中医辨病归属血证的范畴,定名为“紫癜病”。患者多因病情经久不愈,则气阴亏虚,致机体易感外邪。若邪气入里化热,使患者阴虚血热外感,虚实夹杂。需运用扶正祛邪之法,中药治以清热解毒凉血、补虚益气滋阴,采用桑菊饮加减,可以稳定患者病情,改善患者症状,而得到明显的临床疗效。本文通过对治疗慢性免疫性血小板减少症1例的病例分析,为深入研究ITP的中医药治疗提供了新的思路,为中医药规范治疗ITP提供研究数据。

Chronic immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)belongs to the category of blood syndrome according to its symptoms by differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and is defined as"purpura".Most patients suffer from deficiency of qi and yin due to prolonged illness,resulting in the body susceptible to exogenous pathogens.If the pathogenic qi enters the interior and turns into heat,the patient will be affected by yin deficiency and blood heat,and the deficiency and excess will be mixed.It is necessary to use the method of strengthening body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors.TCM is used to clear away heat,detoxify,cool blood,tonify deficiency,replenish qi and nourish yin.Adopting modified Sangju decoction can stabilize the patient's condition,improve the patient's symptoms,and obtain significant therapeutic efficacy.In this paper,a case of chronic ITP was analyzed,which provided a new idea for further research of TCM treatment of ITP and provided research data for standardized treatment of ITP by TCM.
