新型茶树油提升沃柑果实低温贮藏效果 被引量:3

New Tea Tree Oil Enhances the Low Temperature Storage Effect of Orah Mandarin Fruit

摘要 通过发明的“基因组定点编辑植物天然产物合成”技术,培育出新型互叶白千层,其新鲜枝叶经水蒸馏后得到新型茶树油(1,8-桉叶素含量>75%)。新型茶树油配制的保鲜杀菌剂不仅提升低温贮藏沃柑的气味、降低腐烂率和冷害率、延长沃柑的低温贮藏期,还能提升低温贮藏沃柑的口感、提高总糖含量和维C含量、提升低温贮藏沃柑的内在品质。由此可见,新型茶树油是一种无污染的、安全的沃柑低温贮藏保鲜杀菌剂的重要原料之一。 Our team invented the technology of“genome-specific editing plant natural product synthesis”to cultivate a new type of Melaleuca alternifolia that fresh leaves were distilled in water to obtain the new tea tree oil(1,8-cineole content>75%).A novel preservative fungicide prepared by the new tea tree oil not only improved the odor of orah mandarin,reduce the rate of rot and cold damage,and prolonged the low temperature storage period of Orah Mandarin,but also improved the taste,total sugar content and vitamin C content,and the internal quality of Orah Mandarin stored at low temperature.The results indicated that the new tea tree oil was one of the important raw materials of safe and pollution-free germicidal preservative for low temperature storage of Orah Mandarin.
