摘要
“食品原料安全控制”是食品质量与安全专业不可或缺的一门重要的专业基础课,根据课程特点和专业人才需求,将思政教育与“食品原料安全控制”课程知识充分融合,从“课程思政”融入专业课程的必要性、现状和实现途径等方面进行了探究。
Food Raw Material Safety Control is an indispensable basic course of food quality and safety professional.According to the course characteristics and the demand of professional talent,the paper fully mixed ideological education with knowledge of food raw materials safety control.This paper probed into the necessity,current situation and realization ways of integrating curriculum ideology and politics into professional courses.
