This article mainly introduces the key points of welding process review in each stage of automobile product development,including the modeling effect drawing,main section data,structure data and real vehicle review,analyzes from perspectives of optimizing product structure,improving product quality and reducing cost,as well as passability,weldability and assemblability of the production line,and put forwards the suggestions of process review.Through analysis of specific cases,this paper provides basis and method for the process review of product development data in each stage.
