摘要
分析并验证出模拟缸盖压装是缸体曲轴孔同轴度变差的根本原因,通过珩磨工艺优化、反向干预法对曲轴孔同轴度进行调整优化。最终在机床状态进行准确测量的前提下,反向调整设备状态,通过曲轴孔位置的预变形抵消模拟缸盖压装对曲轴孔位置带来的影响,解决同轴度偏差问题。
It is analyzed and verified that the simulated cylinder head press fitting is the root cause of the deviation of the coaxiality of the crankshaft hole in the cylinder block.The coaxiality of the crankshaft hole is adjusted and optimized by honing process optimization and reverse interference method.Finally,on the premise of accurate measurement of machine tool status,the problem of coaxiality deviation can be solved by reverse adjustment of equipment status and pre-deformation of crankshaft hole position,thus to offset the impact of simulated cylinder head press fitting on crankshaft hole position.
