A Brief Introduction of the Application and Advantages of Stereoscopic Warehouse on Painting Workshop

主要从立体库的组成、功能2个方面描述了自动化立体库在江铃新能源新基地项目涂装车间内的应用。涂装白车身和滑橇使用立体库进行存储相对于涂装车间传统存储模式,具有占地面积小、可快捷切换生产车型、物料可智能化管理的优势。立体库将成为未来国内涂装工厂不可或缺的一部分。

The paper mainly describes the application of automatic stereoscopic warehouse on the painting workshop of JMEV new plant from composition and function of the warehouse.Compared with the traditional storage mode of painting workshop,the stereoscopic warehouse is used for the storage of BIW(Body In White)and skids,which has the advantages of smaller storage area,fast switching of production models and intelligent material management.Stereoscopic warehouse will become an indispensable part of domestic painting factories in the future.
