2009-2018年我国卫生总费用筹资问题分析

文章通过科学分析2009-2018年中国卫生总费用筹资现状与结构,为科学合理配置卫生资源提供研究基础。采用卫生构成比和卫生消费弹性系数对2009-2018年中国卫生总费用筹资现状与结构进行分析。结果显示:2009-2018年期间,我国卫生总费用筹资结构基本合理,增速较快,卫生消费弹性系数基本在1.5-2.3范围变动。我国仍需继续加大卫生投入;卫生筹资结构较合理,但仍需平衡;综合考量,我国应适度控制卫生总费用的增速。

The article scientifically analyzed the financing status and structure of China's total health expenditure from 2009 to 2018,aimed to provide a research basis for the scientific and rational allocation of health resources.The research Used health composition ratio and health consumption elasticity coefficient to analyze the current situation and structure of China's total health expenditure financing from 2009 to 2018.Results:During the period from 2009 to 2018,the financing structure of China's total health expenditure was basically reasonable,with a rapid growth rate,and the elasticity of health consumption basically changed in the range of 1.5-2.3.Conclusion:China still needs to continue to increase investment in health;the structure of health financing is reasonable,but still needs to be balanced;comprehensive consideration,China should moderate the growth rate of total health expenditure.
