摘要
采用三维激光粒子动态分析仪(PDA),测量并分析了聚异丁烯酰胺类清净剂质量分数、压力和轴向位置对0#车用柴油雾化液滴空间分布的影响。结果表明:随着清净剂质量分数增大,在喷嘴出口处柴油雾化形成的大液滴所占的比例逐渐降低,小液滴比例逐渐升高,添加清净剂的柴油雾化液滴在小粒径区的速度分布远高于未加剂柴油;随着压力的增加,无论是否加剂,柴油雾化液滴速度均增加,在高压范围内压力的持续增加对速度分布影响并不明显,但添加清净剂的柴油液滴停留在高速区的比例始终远高于未加剂柴油;随着轴向距离的增加,无论是否加剂,柴油雾炬液滴速度最终均出现明显衰减,液滴朝着低速、大粒径区间发展。
The three-dimensional laser particle dynamic analyzer(PDA)was used to measure and analyze the effects of detergent(polyisobutylene succimide)mass fraction,pressure and axial position on the spatial distribution of 0#diesel atomization droplets.The results show that the proportion of large droplets formed from atomization at nozzle outlet decreases gradually with the increase of detergents mass fraction,while the proportion of small droplets increases gradually,and the velocity distribution of atomizing droplets with detergents in the small particle region is higher than that of without detergents.With the rise of pressure,the velocity of atomizing droplets increases both with and without detergents,and the velocity distribution is somehow independent on the pressure,but the proportion of atomizing droplets with detergents in the high speed zone is higher than that of without detergents.With the rise of the axial distance,the velocity of the atomizing torch is ultimately attenuated both with and without detergents,followed by the atomizing trend towards the low speed and large particle.
